AREAS OF INTERNSHIP
Youth & Community Programs.
- Support delivery of life-skills and SRHR education sessions
- Assist in organizing community dialogues and outreach events
- Contribute to youth leadership initiatives
Research, Monitoring & Evaluation (MEL).
- Support data collection and field research
- Assist with impact measurement and reporting
- Contribute to learning and documentation processes
Communication & Advocacy.
- Manage social media content
- Support storytelling and impact documentation
- Assist in writing proposals, reports, and newsletters
Administration & Operations.
- Support planning and coordination of activities
- Assist with logistics and office management tasks
- Contribute to partnership engagement efforts
INTERNSHIP DURATION
Minimum period of 1 month.
Maximum period of 6 months.

WHAT YOU WILL WALK
Besides exposure to Not-for-Profit operations,

I gained many valuable skills and had a meaningful learning experience. The internship provided practical exposure to community development work, youth empowerment programs, and organizational management.
It also gave me the opportunity to connect the theoretical knowledge I learned in class with real-life field experience in community programs. Through this experience, I developed several important skills that will support my future career as a development practitioner.

The internship provided valuable hands-on experience in teamwork, communication, and organizational work. During the program, I was involved in planning and supporting youth initiatives as well as community engagement activities. The internship helped strengthen my professional skills, particularly in problem-solving, coordination, and leadership. It also exposed me to a dynamic environment that encouraged innovation and collaboration. Overall, the experience was highly rewarding and greatly contributed to my personal and professional growth.
